The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority (OMCIAA) is seeking a General Building Cleaning Services Provider to provide a full range of cleaning services on the Airport campus.
The General Building Cleaning Services Provider will be required to supply all labour, materials, supervision, tools, supplies and all things necessary to operate and maintain the cleaning services at the OMCIA buildings including, but not limited to the Passenger Terminal Building, the Maintenance Building, the Parking Structure and the Hendrick Building.
The selection of the General Building Cleaning Services Provider will take place in two steps. In the initial step, interested firms must provide a Statement of Qualifications (SofQ) that clearly demonstrates:
- Quality of Management and proven leadership ability
- Employee Training
- Quality Control
- Experience
From the SofQ submissions received, the OMCIAA will select a number of qualified proponents who will then be provided a more detailed Terms of Reference and invited to submit comprehensive proposals.
Sealed submissions will be received at the above address up to no later than 14:00:00 hours (local time) on March 13, 2018.
