The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of External Audit Services for a period not to exceed 5 years.

Interested firms are required to provide a Request for Proposal (RFP) submission that clearly demonstrates:

Audit experience;
Experience with clients having exposure to public scrutiny;
Experience with and working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards;
Experience with comfort letters associated with public or private placement offerings; and
Experience and resources available to deal with complex accounting and disclosure matters.

Proposal documents will be available as of February 28, 2022, at the following website https://yow.bonfirehub.ca/login

Sealed submissions will be received at the above address until no later than 14:00 hours (local time) on March 15, 2022.

The OIAA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all RFP submissions, or to accept any submission which is deemed to be more advantageous to the OIAA.
