Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to acquire the services of a Professional Accounting Firm to provide External Draw Witness for lottery games draws conducted by OLG. The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) months extensions.

The External Witness is the official for the draw and shall observe the proceedings on behalf of the players, record the winning numbers and attests to compliance with the draw procedures. The start date is estimated to be January 2018. The final workplan and schedule will be finalized with the Successful Supplier.
