Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Microsoft License Renewal
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting authorized Microsoft reseller to provide their price proposal for the renewal of the Microsoft licences. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into an Agreement with the Museum.
The selected reseller will be required to deliver the Deliverables described in the procurement documents at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec / Canadian War Museum, Ottawa, Ontario.
The schedule of Work is per the following: from April 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2022.
To be considered, Bids must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the ITT documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the ITT documents for further details.
It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of 3 years, from April 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2022. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
