Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Construction Services - CMH Lighting Control System Retrofit
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Construction Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the modernization of the lighting controls system which includes the upgrade of the existing hardware, software and associated electrical apparatus in all relay and dimming panels, processors and servers at the CMH, at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
To be considered, Bids must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the ITT documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the ITT documents for further details.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.
Bidders are advised that there will be a Mandatory site visit to be held on the date and time set out in the covering page of the ITT. Due to COVID-19, attendees will be required to wear a mask inside the Museum and to social distance within 2 meters of other participants.
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work by March 30, 2022. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
