The Canadian Museum of History is comprised of the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian
War Museum. The Canadian Museum of History utilizes the Mitel VoIP telephone system, which was
installed at the Canadian War Museum in 2005 and at the Canadian Museum of History in 2009.
The Canadian Museum of History operates these museums in two locations in the National Capital Region:
• The Canadian Museum of History is located at 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec (on the
banks of the Ottawa River, directly opposite Parliament Hill).
• The Canadian War Museum is located at 1 Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario on the Ottawa River
just west of downtown Ottawa.
The Canadian Museum of History requires the provisioning of the upgraded telephone system in two (2) phases:
Phase 1: The provisioning of the upgraded Mitel telephone system;
Phase 2: The provisioning of the new MiCollab functionality.
