Description

BACKGROUND

The Canadian Museum of History (CMH) is committed to continuing to provide an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to all eligible employees (approximately 420) at the Canadian Museum of History, 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec K1A 0M8, and the Canadian War Museum, 1 Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0M8.

OBJECT

The objective is to procure an EFAP provider. The provider must customize or develop a program to suit the needs of the Canadian Museum of History in providing a team of professionals who will support and counsel CMH employees and their dependent family members and ensure appropriate and prompt follow-up on the required services in both official languages (English/French).

The contract term covers a period of three (3) years from 1 June 2018 until 31 May 2021, with possible extension for two (2) additional period of one (1) year.
