This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent(s) who may then be invited to be included on a Source List (SL) for eventual work required either at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH) building, located at 100 Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec and the Canadian War Museum (CWM) located at 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario
The objective of this RFPQ is to prequalify three (3) Engineering Firms who will be placed on an SL to provide services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment of the SL
If mutually agreeable between the selected Proponents and the Museum, this SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions.
