PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) and the CB and PWC Mechanical Design Assist Implement (DAI) Contractors – Modern Niagara (MNO) are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the Seismic Engineering for MEC Systems - Pre-Selection portion of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

Each copy of the Bidder’s EI shall include a completed and signed copy of Appendix 1 of this Expression of Interest document.
The Expression of Interest submission must clearly identify the Bidder’s name and address.

Statements of Qualifications shall be accepted prior to: May 9, 2024, 2:00:00 pm (Ottawa-ON local time) at the e-mail addresses indicated above. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder.
