Description

The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following:

Provide event planning services to assist SAFE Work Manitoba with its annual Committee Leadership Conference and future events and conferences on an "as-needed" basis, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.

The Contractor will be expected to be available to provide the Services commencing March 1, 2022. It is anticipated the Services will be required on an "as-needed" basis for an initial period of three (3) years, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Agreement. The WCB shall have an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional period of two (2) years, on the same terms and conditions.
