To provide research services, including surveys and focus groups, in order to compile and present data in meaningful formats that may be utilized by the WCB to develop its goals and policies, identify key areas of development, and improve the delivery of services to WCB covered employers, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.
