Consulting services to assist in developing a strategic plan and roadmap for the WCB's omni channel customer-care strategy offering a combination of traditional live agent, digital self-service, and e-care support to its customers (workers and employers), as well as market identification and procurement of a solution to replace the WCB's legacy claims management system, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.
