The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following:

Replacement of the WCB's current NRV (network video recording) system for its CCTV (closed circuit television) together with the installation of additional Pelco® camera hardware, and ongoing maintenance services, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.

The WCB will permit each Vendor the choice of attending one (1) of the Compulsory Onsite Visits.

There are two (2) time slots available: either Tuesday May 14, 2019 (commencing at 9:30 a.m. MB Time) or Thursday May 16, 2019 (commencing at 9:30 a.m. MB Time).

Vendors must have a representative attend either of the Compulsory Onsite Visits and have their attendance recorded by the WCB for that Vendor's Proposal to be considered.

Vendors are encouraged to confirm with Ray Daumler, Director, Administration (204-954-4444) if planning to attend.
