Description

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of replacement of the existing control systems for the RM of East St. Paul Water Treatment Plant and associated Oasis Road Wellfield, while maintaining water production and distribution.

The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   Supply control panels for the Water Treatment Plant and other associated Work as specified;
(b)   Supply control panels for the Oasis Road Wellfield and other associated Work as specified;
(c)   Perform installation and other Site Work as specified at the Water Treatment Plant;
(d)   Perform installation and other Site Work as specified at the Oasis Road Wellfield;
(e)   Perform PLC, Local HMI, and SCADA system programming, the Factory Acceptance Testing, and other associated Work as specified;
(f)   Provide configuration of a Process Control Simulation System, and other associated Work as specified;
(g)   Provide training and other associated Work as specified;
(h)   Provide on-site commissioning and associated Work as specified, and
(i)   Provide O&M manuals, closeout submissions, and other associated Work as specified.
