Description

The Contractor shall abide by all fire, safety, Environmental Laws in the Provincial of Manitoba.
Material is to be applied on the roads in one main haul beginning immediately after road restrictions
are lifted and completed by July 31st, 2020. A penalty of $1,000.00 per day may be charged after
this date. In addition, there may be spot hauling continuing until September 30th, 2020. Priority
must be given to the locations where dust control will be applied
