Description

The Municipality of St. Andrews would like to have a better understanding of water availability and costs in several specified areas that will encourage investment in the growth of the municipality. Three main areas of servicing in the RM include Lockport, the St. Andrews Airport/Industrial Business Parks, and South St. Andrews from Selkirk to West St. Paul. The RM has identified three (3) potential water source options and would like the successful Consultant to provide a final report determining the best option and value for the RM of St. Andrews to obtain water services and a high-level action plan as part of the report’s final recommendation.
