REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Debenture Borrowing

The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone is seeking proposals regarding two seperate Debentures for a Rural Water Expansion Project in the amount of $623,000.00 and for a Water and Sewer Renewal Project in Gladstone for the amount of $628,000.00 to be funded between November 1st, 2018 and October 31, 2019.

All taxpayers have been given the option to prepay their portion of the costs so amounts of the debenture will not be the full amount listed in the Local Improvement Plans (attached).

The Debentures must comply with the following:

By-Law No. 2018-05 and Local Improvement Plan 2018-02 of the Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone attached as Rural Water Expansion.
By-Law No. 2018-03 and Local Improvement Plan 2018-01 of the Municipality of WesLake-Gladstone attached as Gladstone Water and Sewer Renewal.
Terms of repayment:
- Rural Water Expansion: 15 year amortization
- Gladstone Water and Sewer Renewal: 10 year amortization
- Equal Semi-Annual payments of interest and principle to be automatically drawn from the Municipality’s bank account.
