Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #2922, Salvage Management Solution
Manitoba Public Insurance requires Proposals from Vendors to provide Manitoba Public Insurance with an online Salvage Management Solution to include vehicle tracking, inventory management and online auction, as more fully described in the RFP document.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor can attend. No later than three (3) business days prior to the Site Visit Vendors must confirm their attendance by email.
The Site Visit confirmation email must be sent to Manitoba Public Insurance no later than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled Site Visit and must include the names of the Vendor’s Representative(s) that will attend the Site Visit.
The Site Visit shall be held on May 22, 2019 starting at 11:30 AM local time at 1981 Plessis Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2C 5C7, Building B, Salvage Department.
The final date for submissions is June 14, 2019. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
