Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #127, Efficiency Manitoba Construction Services
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors for trade work at the Efficiency Manitoba TI project at 234 Donald Street in Winnipeg, MB.
Only Vendors that were placed on the pre-qualification list under Request For Pre-Qualification 3059 – Mechanical and Electrical Construction (the “Pre-Qualification List”) may submit Proposals for the mechanical and electrical Work (the “Prequalified Work”). Any Proposal for the Prequalified Work submitted from a Vendor that is not on the Pre-Qualification List will be rejected as non-compliant.
Vendors not on the Pre-Qualification List may submit Proposals for any other portion of the Work other than the Prequalified Work., as more fully described in the RFP document.
Mandatory Site Visit:
Confirmation of attendance must be sent by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 5.03, prior to 12:00 PM (CST) on August 5, 2021. A maximum of one (1) person to represent each of the vendors shall attend. The site visit will be on August 9, 2021 at the East Entrance at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Owner and Contractor reserve the right to change the date and/or time of the Site Visit and shall give emailed notice directly to Vendors., Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 3.02.
The final date for submissions is August 20, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
