Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Information #3266 Allocations Engine and Forecasting Tool

Manitoba Public Insurance is issuing this RFI to seek information on the most current options available to build financial model and allocation tools for use by MPI’s Finance, and Actuarial, Investments & Risk divisions.  Specifically, MPI is looking for information on software (preferably a SaaS solution) that would create efficiencies in building allocation models and that could also provide multi-year forecasts under multiple scenarios (the “Solution”).  Schedule A sets out the particulars of the information that MPI is requesting.

MPI anticipates using the information received to better understand and articulate its requirements when issuing an eventual RFP, as more fully described in the RFI document.

The final date for submissions is January 30, 2024.  Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFI.
