Social Responsibility Marketing Services

Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking to procure the services of a full-service Advertising and Marketing Communication Agency(ies) to develop and execute various marketing and advertising services for MBLL’s social responsibility programming.

The closing date for submission is February 15, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.

Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years with MBLL’s option to exercise the contract for up to one additional one (1) year period.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
