EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
MBLL FOOTWEAR VOUCHER PROGRAM

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) provides safety, winter, and casual footwear for certain employees. Employees are permitted to purchase approved footwear and submit receipts for reimbursement. Alternatively, for convenience MBLL provides a voucher program with participating retailers whereby employees are provided with a voucher that is redeemable for approved footwear. A sample voucher is provided.

MBLL is inviting interested suppliers to participate in the voucher program. This expression of interest is not a procurement process, any compliant footwear retailers indicating interest in participating will be permitted to do so, at any time.

Please indicate your interest in participating by returning Appendix A – Expression of Interest MBLL Footwear Program and email to rfprequests@mbll.ca no later than 4:00 PM, Winnipeg Time, November 17, 2023.
