Description

Manitoba requires laboratory services for Hot Mix Bituminous Designs using the Marshall and Superpave Method for the 2018/2019 construction period. The laboratory shall have proof of accreditation to carry out the testing specified in RFQ SC-2018-21, Appendix A.

Service Providers will be selected based on lowest qualified price. The details of the Services are more particularly described in Appendix A.
