The work to be performed under this specification shall consist of the supply of all necessary professional engineering and design services, management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and those materials supplied by the Contractor and all that is necessary for the complete construction of a new 50 x 120 ft. Cold Storage Shed at the Water Management & Structures Yard, Portage la Prairie.
