The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to Service Providers for a hydrodynamic study of the Whitemouth and Birch Rivers in Southeastern Manitoba. The Whitemouth river empties into the Winnipeg river system at the Whitemouth falls. The Birch River is a tributary to the Whitemouth River (the “Project”).
