DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:

Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request for Quotation for snow clearing, hauling and sanding services at the Riel and Dorsey Converter Stations

The services to be provided shall be described in the Purchase Order ("Work") and may include any of the following items:

Item 1: Snow clearing, hauling and sanding services at Riel Converter Station

Item 2: Snow clearing, hauling and sanding services at Dorsey Converter Station

Event Note

A mandatory Site visit will be held on October 8, 2024 for all potential Tenderers.

To register the name(s) and number of a Tenderer’s representatives wishing to attend the Site visit, each
Tenderer shall contact the Enquires contact on the Cover Page.

Tenderer representatives will be required to wear their own hard hats, reflective clothing, face masks, and
safety footwear while on the Site.

Failure to attend with all required safety gear may be cause for refusal to
allow persons on Site.

Each Tenderer’s representative will be required to legibly record the Tenderer’s and
his/her personal name and signature on Manitoba Hydro's Site sign-in sheet as evidence of attendance at the
Site visit/Information Meeting.

Failure to attend a mandatory Site visit/Information Meeting shall disqualify a potential Tenderer from further
participation in this tender process.
