DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLUTION

The Solution should include the following activities and deliverables (non-exhaustive):

1. 1. 1. A cloud-based Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) solution that can integrate with existing systems, automate processes, is scalable and improve collaboration amongst Finance and other Business units. The solution must meet the following high-level requirements:

- - - - i) Simplify financial forecasting & budgeting process.
      - ii) Save time and reduce errors for ad-hoc and regular Forecasting activities.
      - iii) Eliminate inefficiencies related to duplicate data entries and streamline the reconciliation process.
      - iv) Improve accessibility of real-time reporting and transparency of information.
      - v) Flexible and comprehensive to meet the changing environment and structure of the corporation for financial governance.
      - vi) Enhance planning & forecasting processes by improving the ability to pivot to regulatory requests/planning.
      - vii) Provide timely and accurate analytics and insights.
      - viii) Integrate with multiple systems.
