For all that is required for the provision of seasonal summer grounds maintenance services.The Contract(s) shall be effective from approximately May 1, 2021 to September 30, 2025.

ITEM 1: BRANDON SERVICE CENTRE - Total grounds maintenance area for the Work is approximately 45,000 square meters.

ITEM 2: ARBORG SERVICE CENTRE - The total grounds maintenance area for the work is approximately 1,672 square meters.
