Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for generator stator and rotor cleaning at Great Falls and Seven Sisters hydroelectric generating stations; two units at each station, for a total of four units. The Work is anticipated to occur over approximately a fifteen-month period, commencing in Spring of 2022, and terminating in Spring of 2023. Refer to the Scope of the Work of the General Requirements and the Technical Requirements for details.

SITE VISIT
An optional Site visit will be held on December 07, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Great Falls Generating Station for all potential Proponents.
An optional Site visit will be held on December 07, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Seven Siters Generating Station for all potential Proponents.
To register the name(s) and number of a Proponent’s representatives wishing to attend the Site visit each Proponent shall contact the Enquires contact on the Cover Page.
Proponent representatives will be required to wear their own hard hats, reflective clothing, face masks and safety footwear while on the Site. Failure to attend with all required safety gear will be cause for refusal to allow persons on Site.
Proponent representatives will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or provide a negative result from a Health Canada approved COVID-19 rapid test, taken no more than 48 hours prior to attendance at a Manitoba Hydro Site. Manitoba Hydro’s health and safety protocols shall be followed at all times, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status.
