30047 - Provision of Wildlife Capture Services

This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Wildlife Capture Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.  
The Manitoba Wildlife Branch requires professional Helicopter Wildlife Capture services to capture, collar, collect biological samples from, and release up to 40 moose (Alces alces) using standard species appropriate capture methodologies at the Game Hunting Areas 8 and/or 10 (The Pas base).
