Description

Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following request for qualifications (RFQ) to facilitate a transparent and flexible approach to securing a wide range of demand side management (DSM) services and expertise as a supplement to and in support of internal resources on an as and when required basis. EM is committed to working with vendors and service providers to deliver efficiency programs to Manitobans and achieve Efficiency Manitoba’s mandated responsibility for involvement of the private sector. In collaboration, internal resources and external providers help Manitoba reach provincial efficiency goals and provide value to Manitobans.
