D2. SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of supply of low pressure high
output ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system complete with all electrical and control appurtenances
and start-up, training and commissioning of this system.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Supply of one (1) low pressure high output UV disinfection system, complete with all
appurtenances;
(b) Travel, room and board for two (2) owner personnel to the Supplier’s factory for Factory
Acceptance Test (FAT) witnessing;
(c) Installation assistance, start-up, commissioning, performance testing and operations and
maintenance (O&M) manuals and complete with shop drawings; and
(d) Classroom and field training, spare parts and special tools required for maintenance.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1 Further to C3, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 9:00 am local time on December 20, 2023 to provide Bidders access to the
Site.

B3.2 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.

B3.3 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
