Interested Bidders must contact Paul Surgeoner (paul.surgeoner@gov.mb.ca) prior to the tour date regarding security pre-clearance permitting access to the building/site. No vendor that hasn’t contacted Project Authority and received clearance shall be allowed at the mandatory site visit.

Bidders shall meet at the front staircase of the Manitoba Legislative Building.
