GS2022-38-P-4073 - Selkirk Mental Health Centre Flat Roofs Replacement

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection, and Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for consulting services for roof replacements as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Services”).

CPPD requires the services of a Consultant to act as the Prime Consultant for roof replacements for the Administration Building, Barnett Building, and Stores Building at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre located at 825 Manitoba Ave., Selkirk, Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, flat roofs replacement work. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date: September 14, 2022 2:00 PM local time

Proponents are to meet at Parking Lot, behind Administration Building, prior to 2:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet. If Proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. 

Deadline for questions September 28, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD or other third parties at the site viewing unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Bid submission deadline is October 5, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX.No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
