Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the roof replacement project as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for the roof replacement project on the David Young Building at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system and the installation of a new roof system including related mechanical an electrical work. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 24, 2021.
Proponents are to meet at SMHC Dr. David Young Blvd, 825 Manitoba Ave., Selkirk, MB prior to 10:00AM to sign the site attendance sheet.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.

Deadline for questions is December 6, 2021. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.

Submission deadline is December 13, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. It is solely the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the Bid is received prior to the Submission Deadline. This is an e-bid submission via MERX and no other form of bid submission will be accepted.
