This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for consulting services for a shingle roof replacement and related work as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Services”).
CPPD requires the services of a Consultant to act as the Prime Consultant for a roof replacement and related work to the mechanical systems on the roof and attic in a 90 unit motel style building located at 116 Whitmore Ave., W. Dauphin, MB. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
Site Visit:
If proponents wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site viewing unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
Deadline for questions October 6, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.
Bid submission deadline is October 13, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal will be accepted.
