Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two Part Request for Tender (RFT) to provide demolition/deconstruction services including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment, for Powerhouse Chimney Demolition at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre (SMHC) located at 825 Manitoba Avenue, Selkirk, Manitoba.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 18, 2021. Due to COVID restrictions, gatherings of more than 5 people are not permitted. Therefore, the first 3 attendees to register for the site examination will attend at 10:00 a.m., the second 3 attendees will attend for 11:00 a.m., and so on.
Bidders are to submit all attendees’ names via email to reynaldo.quiogue@gov.mb.ca before end of day February 17, 2021. Further instructions will be emailed to the attendees. Prior to the site examination, attendees are required to have security pre-clearance permitting access to the building.
Deadline for questions is February 25, 2021. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is March 4, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. It is solely the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the Bid is received prior to the Submission Deadline. This is an ebid submission via MERX and no other form of bid submission will be accepted.
