Description

This Request for Proposal is open to all interested proponents.
Manitoba requires the services of a Contractor for construction of a new high school in the Waverley West neighbourhood of Winnipeg, MB.
A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Attendance by general contractors and mechanical and electrical sub contractors is mandatory. Proponents are to pre-register via email to cmccance@lm-architects.com prior to end of business day on August 3, 2021. A link to the virtual meeting will be sent as confirmation of attendance.
Deadline for questions is August 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. local time. All questions are to be submitted via email to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.
All requests for equals are to be submitted via email to cmccance@lm-architects.com 7 working days prior to RFP submission deadline.
Submission deadline is August 25, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX electronic bid submission system. No other form of submission will be accepted.
