GS2022-46-P-7577 - Make-Up Air Unit Replacement, Vita, MB

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for replacement & relocation of Make-Up Air Unit and repair of other mechanical components as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Location: 132 Drull Avenue E., Vita, MB
Date and Time: August 25, 2022 1:00 PM local time

Proponents are to meet at 132 Drull Ave. E, Vita, MB prior to 11:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca.It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. 

Deadline for registration is on August 24, 2022, 3:00 PM. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. 

Deadline for questions September 8, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca  CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site viewing unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Bid submission deadline is September 15, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
