This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for interior refresh and upgrades.

CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for interior refresh and upgrades to various properties in Churchill, MB. The work has been bundled into nine packages. All nine packages will be awarded to one Proponent. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, interior refresh to complete units, and bathroom and common areas upgrades at various units. Some of the units require work due to fire, sewer, or water damage. Some units will be occupied during the project, others will be vacant.

A mandatory meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Location: 33 Bernier St., Churchill, MB

Date and Time: February 1, 2022 at 9:00 AM local time

Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at mike.macvicar@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day January 27, 2022. Proposals will not be accepted from Proponents who have not attended the mandatory site visit.
Deadline for questions is February 9, 2022. All questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.

Submission deadline is February 16, 2022 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
