PS-1289 - Engineering and Architectural Services - Manitoba Courts Renovation - Thompson

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services is issuing this Stage 2 Request for Proposals ("RFP2") to Pre-Qualified Service Providers for the redevelopment of the Lower Level of Thompson POB to accommodate the requirements of Justice: Courtrooms and ancillary spaces. (the "Project"). This will entail working with the preliminary drawings developed and accepted by Manitoba. The project comprises multi-phased scheduling incorporating swing space to allow for business continuity. All Court business will continue to operate during construction.

On May 24, 2019, The Government of Manitoba issued a Request for Proposals for Engineering and Architectural Services RFP# PMP-Engineering_05242019 ("RFP1"). As a result of that initial stage of the procurement process, four (4) of parties were pre-qualified and entered into a Master Services Agreement with Manitoba (the "Stage 2 Proponents" or "Proponents") for the following Project Types:
a) Commercial, Residential, and Institutional Architecture and Structures-Design and Construction Services.
This RFP2 is, accordingly, being issued to invite Stage 2 Proposals from the following four (4) of Stage 2 Proponents:
a) 1 x 1 Architecture
b) MCM Architects
c) Pico Architecture
d) Stantec
