Description

Manitoba’s objective with this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the complete Design-Build Services for flooring replacement at the Centennial Concert Hall located at 555 Main Street in Winnipeg, MB. The Proponent must utilize the design-build service delivery methodology and a full range of professional consultant and contractor services during the design and construction phases of the project. The Services consists of, but are not limited to design services and construction services related to the removal of existing flooring and supply and installation of new flooring and related flooring materials, as further described in Appendix 1 – Scope of Work and Schedule A – Description of Services.

An optional site visit is scheduled for November 18, 2020. Those who wish to attend the site visit must preregister by contacting the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
All questions must be submitted by November 26, 2020 via email to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is December 3, 2020 at 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received by Manitoba through the MERX EBS System prior to the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.

Proponents are to meet at the Backstage Entrance, 555 Main Street, Winnipeg MB
Suppliers who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of the business day on November 17, 2020.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.
Incremental visits on the hour will start at 9am and continue in groups of 3 until all registered proponents who wish to view the site have been accommodated.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. Masks must be provided by the Proponents.
All attendees will be required to complete and submit Appendix 9 COVID-19 Self Declaration at the site visit.
