CS2021-25-P-1289 - Construction Manager Services

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services (the “Owner”) seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to act as the Construction Manager (“CM”) to provide construction management services as further described in this RFP. The project will include the renovation of the Lower Level of the Thompson Provincial Office Building (“POB”) for Manitoba Courts and auxiliary services at 59 Elizabeth Drive, Thompson, MB, as further described in this RFP (the “Project”).
A mandatory virtual site visit and project overview meeting will be held on June 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Proponents must pre-register for the mandatory virtual site visit and Project overview meeting with the Owner’s contact, Kim Griffin via email at Kim.Griffin@gov.mb.ca by no later than 2:00 p.m., June 7, 2021.
Deadline for questions is July 7, 2021. All questions are to be submitted to Kim Griffin via email at kim.griffin@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is July 14, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m. Proposals are to be submitted by electronic submission by upload to MERX. No other form of submission will be accepted.
