This bid opportunity is open to the pre-qualified bidders.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to act as the Construction Manager to provide construction management services. The project will include the building envelope rehabilitation of the Churchill Town Centre at 180 La Verendrye Avenue, Churchill, MB, as further described in this RFP
Deadline for questions is August 10, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
