GS2022-25-P-1631 - Beausejour POB Entrance Stairs & Ramp Upgrades

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for entrance stairs and ramp upgrade to Beausejour Provincial Office Building (POB) as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

CPPD requires the services of a General Contractor for upgrades to the Beausejour POB located at 20 1st Street South, Beausejour, Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, structural and architectural upgrades to entrance stairs and ramp. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: 20 1st Street South, Beausejour, Manitoba
Date: June 21, 2022 10:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at in-front of Beausejour POB, 20 1st Street South, Beausejour, MB prior to 10:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet. Attendance at the site visit is optional for general contractors and sub contractors.

Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at Orlando.Perez@gov.mb.ca. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day June 13, 2022. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions July 7, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca  CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is July 14, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements
