Description

The purpose of this Request For Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide professional fixed-wing manned aircraft services to survey moose, elk, and
caribou, using specialized pilots and biologists who are trained to operate on-board infrared imaging technology. Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Service
Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to
tentatively commence on or about November 22, 2023 and the work will tentatively be completed by March 31, 2026.
Exact dates will be dependent on weather and snow conditions but will typically take place December- March each year.
