Description

The Service Provider is to develop a detailed plan for the conversion of existing lure crops in the Oak Hammock Marsh Wildlife Management Area into perennial grassland habitat. The plan will require a detailed plant and soil inventory, including plant density and distribution estimation and salinity measurements, for each field, to produce a multi-year restoration plan.

RFP # and Bidders’ name must appear in the subject line and all attachments should be sent in PDF format.

The Form of Offer and the Bidder’s Proposal must be sent on separate PDF files. No pricing should be included in the Proposal package.
