Description

After 20 years, the concrete pile and grade beam foundation for the existing campground office at Big Whiteshell Campground is experiencing differential movement due to piles ‘frost jacking’ out of the ground, resulting in damage to the building both structurally and cosmetically. The building requires an, engineered foundation that will provide long term stability and eliminate building movement.

This design-build project will include the design and construction of a new foundation and moving/securing the existing building onto the new foundation.
