Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) invites offers from Proponents to supply consulting services as required.
 
MAI requires a wide range of IT/IM services to meet its goals and objectives.  To meet this objective, MAI is seeking to establish rosters of qualified suppliers with expertise in a variety of information technology and information management staff augmentation / consultancy service areas.
 

• Category “A”: Enterprise Architecture and IT Infrastructure Support Services
• Category “B”: Project Management
• Category “C”:  Digital Transformation Services
• Category “D”:  Information Management Consultant
• Category “E”:  Independent Cyber Security and Information Protection Services – NOTE:  SUPPLIERS SELECTED FOR INCLUSION ON THE ROSTER FOR THIS SERVICE CATEGORY ARE EXCLUDED FROM PROVIDING SERVICES IN ANY OF THE OTHER CATEGORIES. 
  Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part.  The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
   
  The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, December 10, 2018
   
  All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
   
  Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.  
   
  Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour.  Late Quotations will not be considered.
