Description

Mainstay Housing (Mainstay) is inviting you to submit a response to this Request for Standing Offer for firms wishing to be added to the Vendor of Record roster to support in the Electrical Maintenance Services for the electrical systems for properties in the Mainstay portfolio in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (the Code) and the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Mainstay is a non-profit agency that provides housing for mental health consumer-survivors. It is one of the City of Toronto’s largest private non-profit supportive housing providers.

Event Note

Site visits are planned for the morning of March 3, 2021 for three of Mainstay’s locations: 2490 St. Clair Avenue West, 17 McCormack Street and 550 Kingston Road. Attendance at these site visits is not mandatory, but attendance is recommended for firms that intend to submit a response to this Request for Standing Offer. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance at these site visits will be limited to only one person per firm. Each person planning to participate must respond to a series of COVID-19 related screening questions prior to attending. If your firm plans to attend, you must confirm in writing by email to asiddiqui@shs-inc.ca prior to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday February 25, 2021. Firms that do not confirm attendance by the required date and time will not be permitted to participate in the site visits. The schedule for the site visits will be provided to firms that have indicated they will attend.
